Post what you're looking for in feedback. Be specific if possible. GIVE feedback to GET feedback.

They are not necessary but it's much easier once you're granted access to the starter bundle of max4live devices you get when you're accepted into the SOPHIE cult or other similar underground experimental musician rings. I don't recommend it but once you get even a low level contact they'll most likely know somebody who will get you straight into the upper mid tier if you're willing to do some of their shady business, but it can easily come back to prematurely end your career. (I have strong suspicions this is why Sophie isn't bigger (And some people say this is what happened to Qebrus but the evidence is obscure at best))
hey mates, recently been getting into synths and i need a new cheap but quality speaker. I would be connecting synths to mixer to the speaker. i already have some random sony bluetooth speaker but i feel like it cant be super high quality, and i would assume anything on amazon offering wireless capabilities would be lower quality than one connecting to a direct audio output via 1/4 cable? is it feasible to get something high quality for 100-200 dollars?

No offense, but there's stickies upon stickies across the internet dedicated towards recommendations based on budget. /g/ has a sticky, reddit has multiple subreddits dedicated to the stuff.
These threads go fast, please do your own research before using up thread space to answer a question that, realistically, you should answer yourself. Not everything can be spoonfed, and you gotta learn to hold the spoon.
retarded question but when i record synths etc. in ableton they only appear as a single track. that means it's mono, right? should everything i record except bass be doubled and turned into stereo?
William Turner
if it was a stereo signal it would show two audio clips on a single channel

Jace Perry
so should i make everything into stereo manually? i don't know if the "correct" way is to have everything stereo (except bass)
Chase Garcia
no. you should think about what you need in stereo and why. keep things mono until you need them in stereo
Anyone here have any experience with recording with a Rocksmith cable? Tried it for bass but that background hiss is bothering me. Should I just nut up and buy an audio interface? vocaroo.com/1wY8J2QBezE
