I considered but had a number of reasons to choose otherwise
1. Cheating could still occur (even easier)
Google Forums wasn't exactly made with anti spam prevention UNLESS you sign in with a google account. I wanted to make this as accessable as possible for everyone so i went with strawpoll. The only way they could vote "anonymously" on forums was to allow multiple voting
2. Prevents me from "cheating"
In the event there's an upset or someone wins who people don't want to, with a publicly available results screen, people can't say I just pre determined who won
3. Easier workload on me
Setting up this entire thing alone was a lot of work, and the voting isn't exactly rocket science, so i went with an easier route.
The slides are organized by each day and comprise of all data from the spreadhsheet. Its a lot easier to keep a LOT of data in one place rather than having to keep copy pasting. I didn't want just the links because I wanted voters to be able to "get to know" the artists with the info provided in their entries, and considering some people wrote paragraphs, there would be too much text.
Eh, if people Vote, they vote, if they don't, they don't. I'm at no real loss here.
