Most bands with the same lineup (OK Sonic Youth changed their drummer not a big deal) only put out great albums for about 10 years before they start having issues. Literally 1982-1992 great run of albums particularly Dirty, Sister, Daydream Nation, and Evol. Then right after 10 years they start putting out progressively worse and worse albums. A Thousand Leaves has some interesting songs on it, I Love You Golden Blue from Sonic Nurse is a great track, Bull In the Heather is one of their best songs, but yeah the band fell apart after 10 years but didn't stop going. The SYR series wasn't bad though.
I can't think of a band that had the same lineup that was consistently great for more than 10 years. I would say Radiohead but they put out King of Limbs breaking their stride.
Flaming Lips is one of my favorite bands that had a great run for 20 years but they had lots of lineup changes. Same as Swans.

Dirty is good because the songs are well written not because of how heavy it is. Though Orange Rolls and Angels Spit is a fantastic thrashing nightmare song.
That song you posted is super generic noise rock anyway like so what they're clearly ripping off Sonic Youth on that track too guitar playing-wise like you couldn't have posted a worse song to try to prove that Dirty doesn't "go hard enough."

Deftones essentially had the same lineup from 1993-2008 (Frank didn’t formally join the band until 2000 but he was a guest on their first two albums anyway) and they were great throughout that whole run and would have continued being great if not for Chi’s car accident.
