Someone please talk me out of buying a Yamaha MODX6, the only drawback i can find is that the sequencer doesnt have an edit function,
my other option is to buy a PSR-S670 and MX61 which work out around the same price as just the MODX but i wouldnt have as many sounds to work with
any other alternatives are appreciated.
MODX has the better sounds of any of the other synths in that price bracket but the korg kross and roland FA06 have sequencers i think, seems like an arranger would be better for you but most don't have as many sounds unless you spend a fair bit more.

For me its a tactile thing, i just cant get into plugins even though most of these synths now are just that. most pros just use plugins until they get a bit of money.

Prophet Rev2 or Matrixbrute? I'm so torn between which to buy.
