I really like this and it reminds me of a lot of the music I listened to in college. The guitar is beautiful and you have a really nice voice. I think that you should sing closer to the mic though. It's definitely got a Death Cab for Cutie vibe.
Your music reminds me a lot of Seefeel, with a hint of Lorn. The only criticism I have is with the repeated clicking on Umbral towards the middle. I think it would be really cool to add some filter movement to it just to add some nice variation.
Have you done any film scoring? I think your music would be killer in documentaries or dramas.
You should write for musicals. Your music has a shitload of emotion and feels raw as hell.
I like the aesthetic you've got going, but I think it needs some variation so that you don't get people who complain of ear fatigue.
Love this. The drums are a teeny bit too quiet, especially since they add a really nice movement to the song. Great vibe, though.
Skunked Riddim is a fucking jam, but Kernel Error is excellent. I was happy to pick that shit up on Bandcamp.
Really fun song. Makes me want to play Vice City again.

I have no feels towards seefeel nor lorn in any way, shape or form, it's just that the rest of the shit on the channel is all noisy, messy dark shit and has nothing to do with either project.
you have good production on your synthy thing. it could benefit from some stuttery female vox tho

Well I appreciate the listen and respect the take. Can I ask What specifically sounds too much like Darkie? The vocals? The way my voice sounds? The editing? The raw mastering? The beat? I personally think it stands out from the others and the style is identifiable on its own merits. Not like Darkie invented punk rap. Thanks again for the feedback

The double tracked vocals with a more breathy performance is a nice idea, but the breathy vocals should be lower in the mix. It's a little awkward hearing these monotone breaths and syllables without any melody at the forefront of the track when something like that could be better used to help build on the background of the song. That synth arpeggio that comes in during the chorus could be a little louder, but otherwise the instrumental sounds fine.
