that song goes hard if you asked me.
And I just posted female bands since that's what that user seemed to want.
A band could make soft and hard music, you know?
Last great rock star
>That was the antithesis to rock. It was called "alternative" for a reason. Dave Grohl is not a rocker and does not make proper rock music.
Check out who gets nominated / inducted into the "Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame" sometime. Your reees will be endless. Just because you dont think alt-rock was/is actually rock, doesn't mean that Grohl or Jack White wont be regarded as the last of the rock stars.
>"boomer music"
I mean
the rock and roll hall of fame is bullshit though
>NO LESLIE WEST OR MOUNTAIN
>FUCKING RADIOHEAD
This was a good look
Shame in the last 20+ years we've only got one album and a few leaked songs
There was never anything great about rock stars.
Axl/DC>>>AC/DC with Brian Johnson

Oh I know, I know.
I like Jack White. I consider him real rock. Grohl's a fag though and his watered-down "rock" sucks.
lol what's up mygnrforum
i agree its bullshit. I'm just saying it's going to be a function of who had broad notability in the rock genre and that's probably going to be either Dave Grohl or Jack White (probably Jack). Everybody else is niche tier... bands like The Killers can have songs that are "popular" and get played in TV commercials and sportsball events but they never reach critical mass and nobody knows who the frontman is.
Unless the song-and-dance man makes a comeback and you have Yas Forums actors who also front a band, I dont see there being any rock stars after the early 00's... so probably none after Jack White.
