I don't really like this album as a whole, but I have to admit that the first few minutes are one of the best intros ever
respect towards it's influence on my favorite genres, shoegaze and dream pop
Never listened to this
Nice ass
beautiful album
legendary opener
technically impressive, importat
sick cover
Perfect album, not a single wasted second. The 'coming quicky to terms with all expression laid...' part of And You and I is the most euphoric moment in all of music.
>Park that car drop that phone sleep on the floor dream about me Park that car drop that phone sleep on the floor dream about me...
wtf that show is great
pedo undercurrents
I really like this album.
in my top 10
pretty album
peg me :^)
dreamy
it's an ugly over-exaggerated cartoon. I find it relatable I mean everybody has gone through what the show depicts.
I saw these guys live in about 2014 and remember people in the audience having a hard time dancing to the odd time signatures in the songs lol
its one of those albums that you notice the odd time signatures until you try to dance to it
Very nice album, takes a bit to get started but when bloodhail begins it's cathartic. Even though it's tame for most of its duration, those highs around the middle of the tracklist are insane.
reminds me of some great times
album grew on me a lot, did not like it the first time.
my sister loves this album
Been planning on giving this a listen
destroyed my soul, in a good way
this was chad music in middle school
i dont see much activity around math rock, or am i just not looking in the right places?
I definitely agree. Not nearly enough math rock. That album is incredible. All three of them are insanely talented musicians.
Here’s my pick
Townie is an extremely catchy song
listening to it right now actually. will definitely stay in my top 5 albums no matter what
Siberian Khatru is one of my fav prog songs.
The girl I got my first blowjob from was really into this band
Nostalgic as hell
My favorite Female-made album of all time. Enjoy!
The final boss of progressive rock. This might be as technically complex as popular music ever got. Read about the working conditions for this album on wikipedia, they're the stuff of legend. Absolutely brutal undertaking. The sonic equivalent of a cathedral that took hundreds of years to make. beautiful record. Siberian Khatru was the song that cemented my Yes fandom after Roundabout initially drew me in. Heavenly mantras and perfect harmony between instruments. Ending w a heavenly solo to carry off the record. 'And You and I' is gorgeous folk, and the title track is naturally a thrill ride of its own too detailed to go into. Takes time to digest it all but oh man is it worth it. The Yes Album, Fragile, and the 1st half of Relayer are also great. And several other records are just slightly weaker and eminently worth hearing
