first for Five Miles Out is the most underrated Mike Oldfield album

The new elder is prog as hell. Thoughts?

I liked it, but I miss their heavier stuff from Dead Roots era.

Thanks to the anons who were talking about El Paraiso records last thread. Good stuff.

yo, does anyone got any good recs of prog folk sung in spanish like picrel, preferably with a singer who sings with a high-pitched/falsetto voice?

Given what I've read of Artaud's work, I can only imagine this album is terrifying.

it's very cozy prog folk

Well that doesn't fit at all, but I'll listen to it anyways.

Why is it called progressive music when it's more traditional?

albums so so good desu..best from argentina.

What's traditional about a synthesis of free jazz, folk music and psychedelic rock?

peter gabriel was pretty cute

hmm

It's good.

If you haven't, check out the other work from spinetta. Kamikaze is similar to artaud

Pic rel is some good modern symphonic prog, though it is very optimistic and uplifting unlike Steven Wilson.

Is this the last good genesis album?

Attached: R-2348859-1278694550.jpeg.jpg (600x600, 105.48K)

Yas Forums still hates prog for the most part, we're just trying to survive amongst the kpop and rap fags

And Then There Were Three is unironically my fav genesis album. But thats because it was the first one I heard and Im SENTIMENTAL af towards it.

But i mean tracks like Down and Out, Burning Rope, Snowbound and Deep in the Motherload are fucking great regardless. Very underrated stuff.

>not liking phil collins genesis
Mama is a cool song

Will check

I don't hate late 70s-early 90s Genesis, though I would say some of the magic was lost after The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway. Peter Gabriel just had something mystical about him being the front-man. Not to diss Phil Collins, he made good pop music, I just prefer Peter Gabriel as the front-man even for their prog albums.

Wobbler

>Jazz Fusion

Where do I go from here?
