your taste is pretty all over the place but in a very Entry type of way so its hard for me to really decide on something to recommend to you. i am not saying this to be rude or Yas Forums edgy, i am saying this because that is what your chart is.

its realizing tht they posted a shittier older version of their chart but c'est la vie

you should take a look at the analog africa record label. the folks there are doing some great work and theres a lot of interesting afropunk and disco albums/compilations being released.
check rei harakami out. wasuremono and lust are the first two albums id recommend.
also, if you havent yet wrt cornelius, his older band flipper's guitar is so wonderful.
tmbg cute
akron/family & angels of light- s/t
my favorite jazz composer is mr. charles mingus, but im assuming youve already listened to his stuff. if you havent though...
ive been listening to booker ervin a lot recently. i have his album the song book on my chart, so id rec that, but the freedom book, gumbo!, groovin' high are some others id rec from him.

you are alternate universe me with one the one exception that i would never put sufjan's c&l on my chart. ever.

>elvis depressedly - holo pleasures
I've heard this release before, but I don't remember what it sounds like anymore, so I guess I'm listening again
>c&l
genuinely forgot it was on the chart, but in any case, it seems weird you don't like it. it really seems like it would fit in with a lot of your indie/slowcore, and of course Adz is in your top ten
>frank ocean & coldplay
completely fair
>mahler is lovely
this. do you have a favorite recording of the 2nd? I like to seek out new interpretations, and unless it's something obvious like Bernstein, I might not have heard it yet
just keep waiting. refresh if you get impatient. it will work eventually

You should check out 3:47 est by Klaatu. Maybe some ween too bro

Attached: bestever.png (2222x836, 659.72K)

see it another way is one of my top 10 :) i adore it to bits and pieces and then from those bits and pieces even smaller bits and pieces
dismal light & ryan wick - lost high way
intercity - boy in forest trying to hotwire the earth

i exaggerate my distaste for c&l. its not that its a bad album its just that its waaay overpraised for sufjan's work & it really isnt that good compared to most of his other stuff. when i talk to folks abt sufjan and all they know is c&l i feel like its such a shame. i mean... age of adz is right there. all delighted people. illinoise, aporia came out this year and it was really cool. planetarium is deathly underrated as well. etc etc etc.
theres nothing that really stands out to me about c&l either, other than it being suf's emo sad music album. my heart goes out to him for the experience, but i dont want to have to hear blue bucket of gold or fourth of july ever again.

i listen to the bernstein ny philharmonic recording, not that its my favorite recording or w/e, its just the copy i own. i dont know if i have a particular favorite of the 2nd. i like willem mengelberg's 4th symphony interpretation.

can't even begin to tell if this is a serious rec
fair. I generally agree that it's overhyped, since the majority of people who love it have and probably never will bother to actually listen to Enjoy Your Rabbit, Planetarium, and his other less popular work, but I still think it's his third best so far. maybe I'm too easy to impress when it comes to emo music, but whatever
I'm not sure I've heard that version of the 4th, I'll put it on my to-listen list

i haven't been on mu in months haha
