Think I have this on a shirt somewhere
Elastica is just echobelly for plebs

The first two Oasis albums are great and their B-sides are also good, however Blur has amazing singles, so i don't really know.

I will reserve my judgement for the results of a caged fight to the death. The band that can physically overcome the other will get my backing.

SHITE LIFE

Oasis. Blur are midwitcore.

Blur are a singles band.

Oasis are an albums band.

So, Oasis.

Neither, I listen to good music

oasis. the bad albums don't impact the good ones.
blur think tank 13 were good albums but i find them unlikeable in character.

No British band will ever reach the heights of the first two albums again

Manics

i liked both
used to listen to oasis more though

Blur fuckin slaps!

Blur for feels and lonely faggots

Oasys for partying and getting laid

I don't understand why the fight actually exists.

Melody : Oasis wins
Lyrics depth : Oasis wins
Jazzy chords all over : Oasis wins
Songs diversity : Oasis wins
Too much reverb : Oasis wins

But Gorillaz and Damon solo career beats them all btw

those first 2 oasis albums are by far better than anything damon ever did

>Oasis
Two excellent songs Don't Look Back At Anger (has a legit bad guitar solo though) and Wonderwall, and a couple very good songs like Slide Away and Live Forever but basically nothing past that with the same quality.

>Blur
Doesn't have an entire album that I can listen to all the way without cringing at a few songs so Oasis has that over them but in terms of the number of quality songs Blur has many more
>Ambulence
>Beetlebum
>Song 2
>Sweet Song
>Good Song
>Battery In Your Leg
>Tracy Jacks
>You're So Great
>No Distance Left To Run
>Ice Cream Man

I think the question of what the better band was more valid during both bands earlier years but by Blur's self-titled they had surpassed Oasis. It's a complicated answer but that's where I'm at. Maybe Oasis *started* as the better band but over time Blur was much better. I mean have you ever listened to Oasis' third album? It's ass.

Caring about 2 pop bands from 30 years ago.

'ove bofe ov 'em

Oasis: true hitmakers and the last band to embody the sex, drugs and alcohol lifestyle, but everything after their first two albums is mediocre and boring as fuck.

Blur: Not as popular but far more inventive and creative than Oasis.

You tell me.

Isn't it obvious?
