>Aggressive Punk Rap >Loud Bass >Yelling Vocals A Punk Rap fusion with Over-the-top bass and defiantly in your face vocals, Glass Accordian is the 5th and best track ive released so far. Recorded with a $30 PS4 Headset, edited on a cracked LGG6 Smartphone, and thought of in my crackhead mind while eating a Peanut Butter and Hot Sauce Sandwhich, I self-reflect over my past meme rap tracks and the overarching theme of emotional dishonesty that lies within each song
Me and one of my best Yas Forums buddies did a split together His songs on it are amazing, so if you've already heard or aren't interested in mine, definitely listen to his.
Uhh I begin to jump into this thread to make it good before 2 many rookies show up! LOL Imagine I'm based! NEWMOONNEWSONG232020 "This That Charge Up!" from the upcoming NEW album by ME! (xyddi)!
Stuff I like: I really like this, awesome style, reminds me of a dirty three track with a distorted synth loop. This is just beautiful. Sweet production, it has a charm to it.the song itself is fun. I dig '3', I'd try the make the kick fatter and a bit more reverb on the snare, but this works too. Love how the track progresses, atmosphere makes me think of walking alone at a huge park at night, being relaxed. If it.makes any sense.
I like it, but I think it could be HEAVIER! Don't be afraid to push the limits of your genre! So here's a tip bro heres a tip for getting your guitars to actually sound heavy: Turn knobs marked "gain" or "overdrive" all the way up. Turn other volume knobs down to get the loudness you want. Once you've proved you can get heavy distortion, dial things back to find the tone you want. Focus on being LOUD!! Some amps won't distort at low volumes, mainly because that's dumb as all hell LOL. If yours is like this, either just play loud or give up. Could be noisier imho Finish setting up your soundcloud account bro. Good stuff as always You don't want to learn about projected impact in production of digital music? Seems like you're really stuck on wanting to be "lofi" . Bro, look, I'm a nice person so I'll help you out! I'll lend this helping hand; a history lesson: Years ago the music industry was deregulated and lofi became a thing. So I dunno what you think you're doing by being a legit response to the things real musicians like me do to stop the degeneration of music. And for real bro, lofi? Come on......Bro, "lofi" isn't a safeword to avoid criticism on EQing and mastering. It's not just to clean up sound quality, EQ is to make space for all the elements to fit together. If multiple elements of a mix occupy similar frequency ranges and attempt to fit into the same space, the result will often sound muddy, and basically just a MESS, it doesn't sound "indie" or whatever you shmucks say its like, its just embarrassing. I can see that you're a fan of my style. Cool! :^) Dogs don't drypost LOL b-b-b-bu-but they need 2b FIRDT!! Don't worry anons, I understand... Slow down your music by 100bpm at the very least to really lean into the dreamlike state downtempo can create!!! I can see you're starting the job.

You've been around a while bro! Keep on grinding! :^D Coo' First of all, try not to drypost. Second; Bro...Throwing the word "Lofi" infront of your genre isn't some sort of indie tagline. I know you fake musicians THINK it is... but.. it's not. Real guys in the industry laugh all day long at "bedroom" and "lofi" musicians. You think any real musician walks into a studio and tells the production team he's looking for a "bedroom pop" feel? absolutely NOT! If there was a dummy that ever did that they'd be thrown outta there pronto. I know you've never dealt with real industry peeps like me, and you've never even set inside a legitimate studio like I have, so this is just a word of advice to a beginner like you. Grow up and make real music .
Oooooo Ok uhhh oh wow ok heh heh heh I likey that picture You need to Learn how to boost your bass. I can help you out quite a bit if you ask,but for now what you need to focus on is Making great bass patches. So, to make a beginner bass, get a defult patch in Harmor, turn the low-pass on A to 10% and 0% on B, and then turn the Sub up on both A and B, next turn on some slight distortion and then EQ the sub in the mixer up all the way.

Of course. I've been here to help for years. I know the rookies will get upset about anything more stern than a pat on the back, but, That doesn't trigger growth. >pic related You've got something going on with what you've been making. Most rock music uses the same chords and sounds that other bands have played millions of times throughout history sent through devices that modify the sound in similar ways that other bands have done millions of times throughout history. The difference is the modification of the sound that can be different (analogous to using effects on a given sound you've sampled) and the sounds are put into a different order (which is something you do when you sample stuff too). And you don't need to use already existing sounds if you're sampling. You can record or play your own sounds to use. This isn't the most common thing to do but it is something that's done.

my dude my Drive, Bass and Mid knobs are already on 11, but i use an ampsim because my actual amp is solid garbage. Being a poorfag feels bad man
yeah, i need more practice with ampsims. Appreciate the advice, dont just find it too useful for the music im making, i dont really want to distort it to the point of noises. might do that eventually but not for this stuff
Inspired by Mazzy Star, Elliot Smith, Alex G, the Microphones, J Mascis Really charming tune. All the different instruments are layered well. Good work, my dude!
