Because down here you have to put up with that shit 24/7
but neoperreo is so good, Virgen Maria, Tomasa de Real, La Goony Chonga, and Bad Gyal are all incredible.
t. North American faguette
Well if you like it good for you, I personally can't stand anything that has to do with that shit.
bs aside, as a beaner this shit is all i have to put up with in any social gathering. it makes me want to drop kick someone.

as someone whose favorite genres are free/avant jazz and ambient/noise and have been for a long time I much prefer Gwen Stefani's bubblegum pop to her milquetoast radio rock. In a lot of ways you could say its much more punk than her rock music because she took a lot of risks especially in the sense of not worrying about whether she offended anyone. "I'm Just A Girl" never scared a single person
Trap is slowly replacing reggaeton, kids like that shit now, reggaeton's peak was mid to late 00s
Is it better to hear trap at a social function?
I'm too old to go out anymore so I couldn't say. Last time I did trap wasn't even a thing.
