This isn't going to help. Worry about improving your own shit. Be stronger/healthier/more skilful than who you were yesterday and look forward to improving again tomorrow. After a while, you're not going to give a shit about how well your peers are doing. You might even start surpassing many of the complacent ones in a matter of years or even months, but who gives a shit anyway?
