I like your 'feel it' track. it's a nice vibe, short enough; and the autotuned vocals are actually effected enough that they don't sound that bad and are actually kinda fun the nowhere boy is cool af when the harmonica hits. I like how the vocals fit too

Cool stuff. Definitely try out making Extra Tone, it's a fun and extreme genre. Dogs don't drypost Bro...Throwing the word "Bedroom" infront of your genre isn't some sort of indie tagline. I know you fake musicians THINK it is... but.. it's not. Real guys in the industry laugh all day long at "bedroom" and "lofi" musicians. You think any real musician walks into a studio and tells the production team he's looking for a "bedroom pop" feel? absolutely NOT! If there was a dummy that ever did that they'd be thrown outta there pronto. I know you've never dealt with real industry peeps like me, and you've never even set inside a legitimate studio like I have, so this is just a word of advice to a beginner like you. Grow up and make real music . Good work son. Where the heck is your testosterone? LOL bro heres a tip for getting your guitars to actually sound heavy: Turn knobs marked "gain" or "overdrive" all the way up. Turn other volume knobs down to get the loudness you want. Once you've proved you can get heavy distortion, dial things back to find the tone you want. Focus on being LOUD!! Some amps won't distort at low volumes, mainly because that's dumb as all hell LOL. If yours is like this, either just play loud or give up!!
Recs : this stayed the same all the way through. It could be better if there was maybe a more loud part or something, a part where all has been building up to.
awesome, I dig the combination and that black metal part is insane.
Another good song, I like the production, sound professional, only thing is the snare could be louder but that's just my taste. I like how the song builds up and has stuff added to it, I think the performances are great too. I really like those backing vocals + the chill solo, great touch.
The cover art is disturbing, pretty bad but the your jazz track on youtube is really cool, I like the rhythm you create with the beat+vocals
I like the feel of your "nowhere boy", I dig the instrumental part half way through, cool sound in this track.
i only listened to the first track on your sc. not really into the whole thing you're doing so I'm not gonna listen further, but you seem good at it so keep it up.
listened to the piano demo. there are some cool parts on there for sure. I like the tiny noises in the background too great fucking stoner riffs and a chill atmosphere. the (digital?) drums are not bad at all too. and the vox are great well this was fun as fuck. the video is awesome as well.

Oh shut up Dubbi.

Most rock music uses the same chords and sounds that other bands have played millions of times throughout history sent through devices that modify the sound in similar ways that other bands have done millions of times throughout history. The difference is the modification of the sound that can be different (analogous to using effects on a given sound you've sampled) and the sounds are put into a different order (which is something you do when you sample stuff too). And you don't need to use already existing sounds if you're sampling. You can record or play your own sounds to use. This isn't the most common thing to do but it is something that's done. LOL crybaby?? Have you spoken to your doctor yet? You really should have your testosterone levels checked because those are some limpD guitar tones. Here's what you should really do: -1st buy fl studio, its all you need at 1st -2nd make a kick/snare rythem -invite some producers over to hang out and get them to help geta melody / bassline idea -3rd get some studio time, 4th, get some experienced producers to work with you during your session(s) 5th let them do whatever they want to the song to make it good. 6th DONE! you have a new song you can upload online and start blowing up!
Remember you from one of the other threads, I liked it better when it was just you and a guitar, but this is good for what it is. the lyrics are definitely the strongest part. adding electric guitar to the folk instrumentation sort of gives it a middle-of-the-road rock sound, you're a great songwriter though.
nowhere boy is cozy af, cool instrumentation and i love the muttered vocal delivery. what's that electric piano sound coming from? I also like One or Several Wolves a ton. the combination of your voices reminds me of phil and mirah from the early microphones albums. really, really good.
This type of music isn't necessarily but you do it well. good guitar tone, and a really good non-wanky guitar solo. I like that the main guitar drops out a bit after the solo, but I wish you had one or two other "cooldown" moments like that earlier in the song, especially given that it's seven minutes long. thanks for reposting my tracks desu
based plants.
Really fucking good. i love this type of music and the electric piano and minimal vocals work super well. I only wish you had mixed it a bit better, with more low end to really get that enveloping, heavy shoegaze feel. You like flying saucer attack user?
this is me sorry i fucked up in the reply to first sentence should be "This type of music isn't necessarily something i enjoy or seek out, but you do it well.
was my first time mixing shoegaze and i still have a lot to learn, but thank you :)) i haven't heard flying saucer attack, are they worth checking out?
Owen Wilson
you're so nice to me. thank you, i didn't mean to mess up so bad.

This is good stuff, production is top class. Your voice fits into everything perfectly like a dream
I'm sitting here in my own filth thinking "Hmm" Ok, here's what you really need to know. Bass is integral to music. It's is the true backbone to all music. Drums/Beats are ONLY rhythm, and guitars/synths etc are ONLY melody. But bass? Bass is BOTH. That's why bass makes or breaks a song. So when in doubt BOOST it out! >Spotify Bro, no offence bro but spotify will destroy your career, or I should say your attempt at one before it even begins. Spotify's whole gameplan is to securely steal music from artists and then when that artist disappears they rebrand the music under a new name. Basically like what the industry did with Lady GaGa but now it's Spotify doing it and no one knows. Could be heavier. Try this out: youtu.be/KUFU3Kc0xvY especially after the drop around 20 seconds in.
I'm seconds away from ranting about your lofi excuse. But for now I'll focus of the issues you won't poop your pants over. Your beats are a bit generic and I recognize the Samples. the sample sounds like it was recorded to a MINI-V06.5 440Hz AIVNDAW with a live band going straight on out to the QP and then through a console, and the drums are coming from a drum machine, synth, or stock DAW drum samples, chances are the context won’t make sense, you should always focus on that crispy sound quality bro. In my mind I’m thinking “ok, what can I do to make these drums sound better, like they BUMP to the sample, but still stick out and hit hard?” Bro... Think about it like this, it might mean you have to be processing to the sample, or processing to the drums, or both. And generally needssome experimentation to make it BOOM in the speaker. And also mmatching the space is super key. This isn’t easy, it takes a really ADVANCED ear like mine. But if you can train yourself to listen to the ambience in the sample and recreate that ambience around the drums, but don't get confused. You follow? Next turn up the EQ low end (bass) and ta-da you're better.
