Anybody who still dismisses an entire genre instead of realizing genres aren't anything but a way for record companies to try and market their music is a retard anyway.
No matter how much you dislike something in a genre, you'll probably find something that connects with you. But if you go "Oh, I don't like metal" or "All rap is shit" or "Pop is garbage" or "Fuck country", you're just locking yourself out.
