Okay so I stayed up all night because I realized that It Wasn’t Me isn’t really a Shaggy song. He’s barely in it. The song is 4 minutes long and about 50 seconds of that is Shaggy time. Hell he doesn’t even appear in THE LAST HALF OF THE SONG. 75 percent of the song is song by some guy named Rikrok SO WHY THE FUCK ISN’T THE SONG CREDITED TO HIM? And by the way while we’re on the subject of Rikrok WHO THE FUCK IS RIKROK? There’s next to no information about him online. From what I can gather he wrote for Shaggy but there’s like nothing else about him. He barely released anything else. One album in 2008 according to Amazon or 2016 according to Wikipedia but he never seems to have given any interviews to promote it or anything. Who the hell is this guy that sang one of the biggest songs of the 00s completely anonymously and then JUST FUCKING DISAPPEARED? He has a Twitter and Facebook but he hasn’t updated them in years and no one followed them anyway. Why did this guy let Shaggy take all the credit? Fucking Hsaggy I swear to god. This guy, this fucking guy, releases a song under his name that isn’t even by him. HE’S THE ONE FEATURING ON IT! And this ducking has the balls to called the song IT WASN’T ME. It literally wasn’t him. It’s not his song and none of us ever questioned it.

I kinda think this subreddit manager might know more than he's letting on. Why would he literally make a Rik Rok subreddit just for one virgin/chad meme?

The iTunes version of "It Wasn't Me" has him listed as "Ricardo Ducent" instead of "Rik Rok". Also, sometimes his name is spelled "Ricardo" and sometimes it is spelled "Rickardo"

Is Rik Rok even a real guy?
