Inspired by Mazzy Star, the Microphones, Alex G, Elliot Smith Listened to Zone of Ages. By itself its kind of repetitive. It really needs rapping over it or some other elements added in throughout imo. The mix is tight thought and I really dig the hi hat the pattern. All around not bad at all and has a lot of potential.
The music video is super cool. Dig the tune too. The guitar hook is really catchy. Reminds me a bit of They Might Be Giants, which is one of my favorite bands.
meanders at the beginning, good start at 1:30, unfortunately goes nowhere interesting from there (keeps meandering) Bad ear for harmonic tunes, m8 (that programmer syndrome, where a person has rhythm but absolutely oblivious to good key combinations - and you CAN mix sweet and spicy, but need a little of intuition / know-how for it). >Zone of Ages utterly talentless jumbled mess shyguy of tunes (t. "what's that, sonny? still aimless bow my head to you, sir - your mixes are excellent (but don't you dare to repeat the theme! Try out something more distinct and energetic - imagine yourself as a drunk entering a dark alley with a pair of vile fucks in the end of it; dark corners of humanity are worth exploring, especially in abstract form). Did that radio host who offered to play your track come back to you?
thanks, I appreciate it! and yeah he did. very excited about that

no coherent theme that would unify all those sequences in one track dreadful (clear your head, lay off internet, come back with better headphones) Such a wonderful start - highly recommend to experiment and try, say, double RPM halfway through the track after just a few seconds of empty soundscape for a breather. just a flatline (there's nothing to salvage). Start off from scratch and pay attention to frequency range in post. first post? As in OP or fpbp? No to both.
would benefit from a lead melody. what's the effect you're using called? reminds me of superorganism. it's definitely interesting, but the vocals NEED work.
