I'm considering getting into it. I just like triggering vinyl fags. I do have to agree that actually feeling the record, seeing the artwork etc. etc. is a nice experience

I’d say if you’re a singles or playlist type music listener, do it because it will force you to listen to a whole album. If you’re already an album listener, payoff is like you said: purely physical. I’ve spent thousands on thousands on vinyl and audio equipment and shelving, and it’s all in storage right now because of tight space in a new living situation. I stream everything now and my life is no different.
