At the end it reads that the entire doc is a "work of fiction". That's how they get around lawsuits, by presenting their conspiracy theories as "fiction". Grant knows about these legal loopholes and takes advantage of them. Third, Courtney has made numerous Cease and Desist statements against Grant and other propagators of the murder hypothesis.

There's no evidence of this. Kurt stayed in his and Courtney's house the entire time. Both of them had incidents where they threatened to divorce each other given that they were junkies and junkies have pretty turbulent relationships.

Irrelevant, and if there's any relevance to this fact it probably had more to do with with Courtney wanting her husband's body to be examined by someone she knew and trusted. There's no evidence the two were anything other than friends. Pfaff wasn't exactly grieving after Kurt's death as a lover would. As for the overdose, she had been sober for a little while and relapsed. It's very common for recovering addicts to OD when relapsing, because they forget their tolerance levels and usually take as much as they did before sobriety.
