This thread is to post your work and GIVE AND RECEIVE feedback, criticism, and comments from other Yas Forumssicians.
Quick guidelines:
1. Post a link to ONE track, and a description. Don't spam your EP, playlist or 20 links.
2. Give feedback to AT LEAST one other person in this thread. NO "recc", no "I'll give feedback later", and certainly no "There's no one here I can give feedback to." Challenge yourself, give actual, specific feedback.
3. If you shill and leave without posting feedback, you will be ignored and most likely reprimanded for it.
4. Do not make another thread until this one dies. We don't need 47 of these a day, make them last
5. Do NOT get mad if someone says your music sucks. Everyone's entitled to their opinion. Make better music, and take the criticism.
If you find content you like, remember to support it by liking, reposting, following, sharing, etc... If you find something good, help it grow by sharing! Try to make connections to like-minded artists and help grow both your music. The best way to get plays is by building a community, not just shilling. Ignore lazyposting shills, and have fun!
been listening for a hot minute, creates a great and claustrophobic atmosphere. has a lot of elements in basically any song they do so it's engaging to listen to

i enjoy this a lot, p subtle soundscaping the metallic sounds are kind of jarring to me...

soundcloud.com/furthershore/come-around-let-u-go-mix new song, thx for the feedback in other threads anons. >jungle >drum'n bass >breaks >dreamy glad to still see you posting around here. i've always really appreciated the atmosphere you make out of all of those textures. some of the sounds you put together on dizzy and takeoff feel really jarring with the piano and the vocals mixed on takeoff freestyle are really high. i'd suggest playing around and manipulating the sounds you're using too. soundcloud.com/yunguglybastard/glass-accordian-prod-blank >Loud Punk Rap >Over the top Blown Out Bass >Aggressive Hype Vocals All feedback appreciated! Work on singing. There's a couple of notes that you seemed a little strained on. The instrumental is alright. I think the mixing might need adjustments, mastering as well
It might’ve been stylistically intended, but the mix is sorta blown out and the mic sounds like it gain clips a lot. If possible, try to turn your mic down alotttt. There’s also ways to blow the bass out without turning it all the way up, such as heavy saturation out heavy eq.
But desu I listened on my phone speaker so take what I’m saying with a grain of salt c:
I appreciate the feedback cowboy. I'll take it into consideration. Thanks for the listen! The production quality on your track is really good. The vocals and instrumental are both nice. One thing is I think maybe the vocals are mixed just a tiny bit beneath the instrumental. Overall a pretty well made track, not too much to critique as far as i can see, good job. Personally, I feel like the tempo of the vox don't match that of the instru. but I think that's just me
love the smooth dub-like kick. not really a fan of the phaser on the breaks, but it's a chill atmosphere nonetheless

Ayy bossman I respect it but... this ain’t it. Not bad I like the overall vibe of it! Your voice is pretty deep overall so I would experiment in singing in lower registers to better compliment it. Really great stuff! Your singing voice is awesome, and really good guitar work as well!
The mix for Surfer King is a bit weird, as you can barely hear the drums and the acoustic guitar is pretty low too. If it was mixed a bit more equal it would be awesome.
great production value. i really like the cover. maybe up the vocals a little as someone else said equalize the instruments and maybe add compression so it stands out more in the mix. read on compression manuals (i don't know how it works myself but i know that it sounds good)
I only really have two complaints of this track being that the intro drags a little/the chord progression should use some more variety & that the sample is a little generic. However, the sample is used very well so I can't really fault you and in general, this track is really enjoyable. The production is really clean and just great all around. Good job.
I like the tone of this track a lot, but I think you could use a little more practice rapping. Some of the lyrics are a little cringey desu. The beat is a little generic too, but again it really adds to the tone you're going for, so in that way I like it.

thanks for the input, I just updated the mixing. cheers!

coffeedino.bandcamp.com/ Piano vst should be changed and it should have more variety Vocal Mix Could be louder, otherwise strong track
Would love to hear some feedback on this one. While I'm here.
Catchy. Surfer king is catchy. I think you would like Aerial M's self titled album. This has some vibes like the first track, but I think could use a more colorful guitar tone
Sounds a little pristine for the style of music. could use some more live sounding recordings. Second half is definitely stronger and distorted vocals sound great
Good production. Could use some more low end. Nice voice.
I like the IDM feeling of it. I feel like it sounds a little flat though. May just be my headphones

Thanks, I have to fix some of the flatness with the mix
