their only good album, the rest is trash or mediocre
Metalcore is so good.
You're trolling, but it actually unironically is. People just don't realize it because in the 00s a bunch of shitty radio rock bands used the term despite barely resembling the actual genre.

for me this is the best metalcore album.
they literally get better each album, in my opinion
to each their own I guess
newer metalcore but
Polaris - Lucid and Pray for Rain
Currents - Poverty of Self
Beartooth - Bad Listener
Silent Planet - Trilogy
Loathe - Aggressive Evolution
Will check them out, thanks brehs.
It sucks.
Is cursed metalcore? I like cursed.
why are these album covers so god damn ugly
because you're a faggot
There are 4 good albums throughout the entire genre.
Dillinger Escape Plan - Calculating Infinity
Converge - Jane Doe
Plebeian Grandstand - How Hate is Hard to Define
Botch - We Are the Romans
What metalcore bands lack in artistry they more than makeup up for in faggotry.
Tourist detected.
Every other metalcore band I've heard is just some castrated variation or combination of the bands I posted.
Explain this then.
The Opposite of December is way better than Tear From the Red
I ment that this album has a good album art (which is what you ment by artistry I assume), while still being faggy.
polar similar is so fucking based
I’ve always thought metalcore was superior than both metal and hardcore. They work better together. Metal autists and trauma up to the wazoo hardcore kids are awful elitists, but never have I experienced that from a metalcore show or fans. Saw Dillinger Escape Plan in 2010 when I was 16, shit was cash.
Knocked Loose - A Different Shade of Blue and Code Orange - Underneath are some great examples of modern metalcore.
I just heard this album a few days ago. It is good.
Based Bleeding in the Blur poster. Only familiar with Converge otherwise but will check out the rest of these thanks for sharing.
Agreed. Vein--Errorzone was great too.
I like Vein, I saw them open for Thursday when they were playing Full Collapse in its entirety. After listening to the new Code Orange though, it just seems like Vein but if they had better production and writing. That being said, I always go hard as fuck for “EVERY TIME I CLOSE MY EYES I CRASH A THOUSAND CARS AND ALL MY LOVED ONES DIE”
If you like Vein and Code Orange, I have a feeling you’ll like Jesus Piece and Harms Way, out of that anons links.
Sure, Reba's clean vox (Bleeding into songs like Sulfur on Underneath) got me into the genre: Vein obviously doesn't have that type of element. Really fun to get to do genrewide another deep dive.
Thanks will go to those first, user.
Bumping to say Jesus Piece uses tremelo exceptionally well. Thanks for sharing!
Responded to the wrong post in a rush to save the thread. Anyway, JP use of tremelo is excellent. I come from a black metal background and always appreciate the use of tremelo in surprising places. Really looking forward to them on CO's tour whenever tours happen again.
