unheard of !!
In all seriousness this is a really good album overall; took me a couple listens for it to really stick but it's creative and cool. I'm glad they didn't just keep trying to do the same thing. And it has some of Alex's best lyrical work of his career so far. He's reached the pantheon of god-tier lyricists.
it's a solid 10 and, for me, it was the aoty
10/10 meme album
9/10 very bowie but somehow still cool.
>still like AM more

this cat is a 4 /10
I guess you're one of those racist cats that prefers them furry and light...
Unironic 10. I wonder what our friend Alex thinks about The New Abnormal
5/10. It's music for Chads and I am no Chad.
First part is good, after that it gets pretty boring tbqh
9/10, four out of five is better than any strokes song.
SAME
I came to appreciate it more when I listened to it for the fourth or fifth time and it was different after that.
I wanna say 10 but golden trunks is just not there so 9. Alexs vocals in batphone are my favourites in any of his songs though

I love how One Point Perspective, Batphone and Star Treatment SOUNDS.
One Point Perspective is one of the greatest tracks ever
THANK YOU for admitting that.

Tranquility BASED Hotel and Casino
best thing AM put out
5/10
Pretty last-decade hooks and very off-hinge production and performance.
Some parts Alex Turner feels like he's been replaced by a musician who's somehow devolved as a performer and a songwriter, this is likely due to him being alone in writing.
There are some fun bangers such as One Point Perspective but its chorus is a meltdown of the same old arctic monkeys ideas.
A record that's supposed to sound jazzy but ends up sounding like its supposed to sound jazzy as opposed to sounding jazzy.
5/5
Based and casinopilled
A perfect 5/7.
KISS ME UNDERNEATH THE MOON'S SIDEBOOB
>A record that's supposed to sound jazzy
The fuck? If anything the record aims for the 70s art-rock, psychedelic lounge sound and does it very well. Listen to more music
