It's indisputable that they were early pioneers for rock and were extremely influential, but I totally understand how people find them overrated. I hope when people think of Beatles, they not only think of their catchy stuff, but also of their deeper stuff.

Unironically the greatest band of all time, a combination of musical genius we may never see the likes of again. I don't think they should be worshiped or anything, but I'd say the only reason they're sometimes hated today is contrarianism and new generations growing tired of old trends.

This is the legacy of the Beatles. They were a bad influence on music and humanity in general.
