Feedback the 2nd edition. Share self-created music from all platforms. Give feedback to at least one (1) other person. Try to limit yourselves to just 1(one) track. If EPs or LPs are posted, the posters are required to respond to all tracks above. No shills or lazyposters - You will be ignored.
Have fun and let's try to make this work. If this thread also doesn't hit 30 replies like the last one, we will have /shillgen/ spamming again and again. You wouldn't want that, would you?
yea, this one's better than the last one. wanna return my feedback now?
Gavin Ward
Send your track to Cartoon Network jumbled mess drums (or bass-line) should be so much deeper than your flat drumworks. Flatline >textured distortion that's a meme "participation award"-tier description same feedback as in the other thread
What the hell? Last time i was here (couple of days ago) the thread has been filled with legit distinct tunes from multiple authors? My favs so far are - RZR-XL - consistently good composition, multiple layers of tunes that don't crosstalk over each other; - Acrobat - understands how to work with soundscape, leaves no unused gaps (King Lemon track); - Axis Mundi - Empty Angels (just a really good, energetic track with distinct "voice" to it) - Melancholia - The Noise Machine (good understanding of slow burn beat, recommended for vidya projects) - Unzeruns by Brændt A[Mp3] (good soundscape, eurojank techno needs more love)
In my opinion, revival of early 2000s breakbit is well overdue and would be ripe af right now
lol how did you get out of Yas Forumshegao reservation?
Joshua Bailey
oh yeah sorry I never pay attention to the name field! launching the track
Jason Morales
Are you just an autist who listens to amatuer musicians or do you also make music? Also, strolling into a thread with 6 posters doesn't really exclude the quality that's gonna come later on.
Aaron Ramirez
especially when two of those are shit trap 'artists'
Jacob Garcia
>Are you just an autist who listens to amatuer musicians or do you also make music? the former >Also, strolling into a thread with 6 posters doesn't really exclude the quality that's gonna come later on. never insinuated anything like that
Asher Lee
ok, then your opinion's irrelevant as fuck
Caleb Ross
also, this isn't the first thread i've been checking out today. the other one was pretty bland, too (albeit, less than 30 replies) k, don't mind your take on it

man that was good. 1) great mixing throughout the track, couldn't think of something to ameliorate 2) I liked the multi-part aspect of the track, especially the calmer one towards the end 3) if I had one critique to make, it would rather be about your posts. the tags you've chosen ain't telling much imo. to be honest, I always thought you were doing some kind of electronic music project, and that's why I've never checked you out before. I mean, your music's way better than the way you sell it (but then again, that's just my opinion). maybe you should add tags such as 'post rock' or descriptors ('soothing', 'atmospheric' etc) that should get you the listeners you deserve.
>inb4 nice blog faggot
Brayden Mitchell
thanks, but the track's 2 years old and part of my first record on which it was by far the best one and that was the last time also where I made that type of stuff - daw rock type shit the newer stuff is more electronic tho. and i don't care about the tags. people will listen if they want to or not regardless of the tags. and if they don't, that's something they have to reason with. don't be afraid to step into unknown territory and make yourself uncomfortable
>noise rock >gothic/dark >clean/screaming vocals >tribal noise/ambient section >sludge switchup
I like the drums, overall a mellow vibe compared to most of your recent stuff. The ending couldve been more out there but ill take it. btw the storm is coming...
Nice atmosphere, the end gets especially intense. Only thing bugging me is that hi-hat, sounds like you left your metronome on.
>experimental hip hop >trip hop >chill hop >sampling >electronic
you dont have to listen to the whole thing but feedback is appreciated
Cool intro and guitar. I like the loud and yelling vox but the slow dreary ones are not doing it for me. They sound a little nasaly in some instances, unclear, indistinguishable in others and fkinda just going "uhhhhhhohhhhahhhh" along to some sort of semblance to the melody. The yelling vox show some wear in the middle but it sounds better especially when the rapping section begins. The length of the song dragged on a bit, but overall not a major detriment. Would be interested in hearing more with a focus on what exactly you wanna do with the vox. the glitchy noise breakdown was cool, and this has some neat ideas.
soundcloud.com/sun-at-midnight/iso very different from what I've come to expect from you, but still very charming nonetheless always happy to see garage posted here a tad trendy for my taste, but still done well, it's a nice take on a KE song, for sure very, very nice
