And every song is a carbon copy (how many times is julian just gonna use only 2 chords for his verses.) The entire album rips off tvu anyway. The new abnormal however is like the new prog rock. But for people who get laid. Listen to those chord changes and the heavier use of dissonant relationships between succeeding tones in songs like ode to mets or hell even bad decisions. This is the most forward thinking album ive ever heard. And the lyrics are so much better than the boring whininess of is this it.

Is This It is so overrated, people base their love of that album completely off nostalgia and the impact it had on music. When seeing the music for what it is, it's nowhere near as good as Room on Fire, and The New Abnormal is even better than both.
