funking funky. I'm not really into the vocals, they take away too much of the track when they come in. you can turn down the vocal volume a hell of a lot more and it can still be heard cause the brain picks up on speech super easy

just made this, but would appreciate if you also listened to the other shit, particularly the son of man

very nice production, though i guess i cant say much about the track since i dont like on avery island all that much. also listened to two years, very pretty track. feel like the vocals should either be clearer or even lower in the mix, right now theyre in an odd place. everything else is fantastic, no complaints
Prolly my favorite track off this surprise and quickly thrown together EP we did
>psych rock, indie, funky, jazzy, noisy, experimentalish, lush, lo-fi
it's ok, imo the drums could be a bit more pronounced to give that 'umph' to the noise. also, more eq and stereo separation of the noise to make it more distinct from the drums wouldn't be a bad idea

Been a while since I've listened to your work and I gotta say, this is a great cover. Enjoy the simplicity of the track. The pads and cool mini synth freakouts are very well done. Your voice is always pleasant as well.
Haven't listened to the full album yet, but the soundscapes on here are really great. Textured, noisy and constantly evolving.
>drums could be a bit more pronounced to give that 'umph' to the noise
to clarify, I kinda meant sidechaining but I'm drunk so words don't come out exactly how they should
loved it, i think the vocals are fine, i guess its a matter of preference.
great sludge
makes sense, ill see what i can do
thanks
the album's only 18 mins so when you have that time to spare, do it
you gotta work on your flow and better rhyme schemes dude. I don't know how else to help you.
how long did it take you to write the 'numb' lyrics?
Will do.
and not long, the intention was to make a trashy, mindless track, so I wasn't really concerned with making the most complex rhyme schemes in the world. I am re-recording the second verse with a new flow though.

I really like the contrast between those atmospheric verses and then the funky hook. The vocal melody on the hook is well done and really catchy. good vocals and good production
yea i guess this is ok :/ it doesn't make my cytokine go BOOM
I expected a drop of some sorts, but the ending was tense in it's own way. I like the sublte use of electronics. I think I would like it more if it had a much fuller sound.
>the intention was to make a trashy, mindless track
well, that worked but not in the way I think you wanted it too. not trashing on you, but, I mean, listen to all the industrial rap that's out there.
this isn't really a competitor in any way, shape or form.

Those flangey synths throughout are nice touches to make this sound spacier. I think the vocals could be just a little quieter or have less treble, they pierce through the drone very early on and I think this hurts the atmosphere set up since April 8th is a song about isolation. Otherwise this is a very good cover.
I’ve got no criticisms about this track, it’s honestly groovy af and really fucking funny, short and sweet and great!
This is some great work, my only criticism is probably something you already know, which is that I wish the production was tighter and would love to hear a version of this song with tighter production! Really enjoyed it!
Here’s my track, let me know what you think :^)

no, I get what you're saying, and I'm not necessarily trying to compete with the current industrial rap scene. This is really the only "rap" song on the album and it might work better for you in the context of the album. Either way, thanks for the feedback

Hope y'all enjoy!
I think the master should be improved a lot. The vocals aren't packing a true impact and if im being honest, it just sounds corny, unprofessional, and cringy. The instrumental isnt bad, but I can't take your vocals seriously.
The vocals should be edited a bit if you ask me, they sound muffled and incoherent. The energy is there, but it's not executed perfectly. The delivery sounds off at points as well, with cracking or change in tempo or the wrong note. Maybe add some variation to really make the loud really pop because just a wall of noise becomes bland.
the storm really is coming soon
decay's pretty cool. I like the noisiness. wish there were some sick breakbeats on there

Here's a song I'm featuring on (i'm the first voice). The better mix is on spotify
production is super solid but I thought the vocals felt a little too much like you were reading them off of your phone.

no good feedback for this. it sucks. it's boring. it's never worth it to cry over exes.
What's with all the fucking rules? Faggot ass OP, holy shit. Half of making good music is being bad enough to break the rules.
This fucking low test bitch never broke a rule in his life, and that is why his music sucks.
Do less acid
Actually good
Soundcloud>bandcamp. If you are posting here, nobody wants to pay for your music anyways, so at least give them a soundcloud link.
It isn't the 60s anymore lol
I like the gloves
The vocals are pure autism
Everything about this is pure autism. Just focus on curing your autism before you try to ever make anything else.
You have potential if you just keep trying. But as of now, the production quality is a little muddy. Try cutting your low mids and not ramming everything into a master limiter without understanding attack and decay. Also, make more interesting sounds. Youtube is your friend.
I like the yelling and distortion
The song would have been better without you. The backing track is legit cool af.
If you don't know what type of music you want to make, then just give up. It doesn't have to be a genre, but it should at least be SOME type of electronic and you should KNOW that.
You like like the type of fag to send insta models creepy messages.

>rap
The rapping sounds good a bit more energy would be nice but it's ok The beat on the other hand really takes away from the track sounds like a mes in my opinion just random percussion going of often off beat. A different type of beat would really be beneficial in my opinion.
in reference to this
'actually good' here
thanks

This sounds amazing, but you gotta get a better mic to record with and try and mix the vocals a little better, they kind of overpower the mix, especially on Decay
production on this is great, personally I would change that melody line to make it click with your chords better, but a lot of that's just personal taste
This is actually dope as fuck, good job man. If I had to say anything, I would maybe change your 808 up a little more, add some fills and slides and such

mashups aren't real music btw
hey dickhead, go ahead and post your own music here so we can all gargle your cock and fondle your butthole over how perfect it is. This isn't feedback, it's just you shitting on folks because their shit doesn't click with you. Either participate or fuck off
You have already heard my music and liked it. Plus I already hit my promotion targets, and I don't really need any feedback, so there isn't really any reason for me to shill my shit on here anymore. I just feel like shitting up OPs thread because he keeps shitting up the board with his dumbass rules.
>If you are posting here, nobody wants to pay for your music anyways, so at least give them a soundcloud link.
but i made it all free
Nah I don't care about your opinion and I already hit my promotion targets so I won't post my music. I am just going to shit up this stinky thread.

RECS
production is so good and falsetto voice sounds great man, only thing is i wish the drums hit a little harder on some parts
sounds like a galactic battle in a good way, some of the synths sounds arent my fav but the melodies are sick, love the art too
idk man, to me it sounds very derivative of other pop music. reminds me of some top 40 stuff from last year
you could literally post your shit anywhere else but Yas Forums (reddit probably, idk, never been) and they'd probably like it a lot more then the people here. it's not really 'experimental' or 'alt'. it's boring poppy trap with sprawling vocals.
meh/10

this is pretty good technically speaking but sounds pretty unimaginative like this could be literally any rapper ever in terms of the beat/lyrics. you have a good voice id say just make it more personal/use more emotion
thanks for the recc mate
not really a fan of trap but i like the vaporwavy sound.
dasun is cool.
