Why did you make a new thread when another thread YOU made is still in the catalogue?
While music in itself is quite objective, it is surely impossible to measure its "greatness" on objevtive qualities. Additionally, enjoyment is entirely subjective, which I'm sure is what they meant.
The Gloria Record - A Lull in Traffic
Park Jefferson - Weekdays
A couple of good choices, but I kind of dislike this overall.
Maybe try The Anniversary - Designing a Nervous Breakdown
evan parker with birds
only good album on there is brand new, mbv and the smiths. rest is dumb twinkly faggotry

Thanks for letting me know, I had no idea.

pretty good taste overall
Yeah, this is way more up my street. Haven't listened to the full thing, but the less space-y sound of it all really pulls me in. Of anything Richard has made that I know of, drukqs is still my favorite. Jynweythek and Bbydhyonchord, among others lift me
some reccs would be nice boys
yeah thats my reasoning for liking it more as well. Havent listened to drukqs, is it good? also im glad youre enjoying my reccomendation.
Yes, very much. Only gripe I really have with it is every track name is either in Cornish or is straight up gibberish making it hard to remember exactly what songs I liked from listening to it, but that more or less comes with the territory of Aphex.
Ray Lynch - Deep Breakfast
New York Art Quartet - New York Art Quartet
Low Hum - I don't know me like you do
(this is a single but if you like the track you'd probably like the rest of their discog)

There's some good picks there like Franz Ferdinand, Neu, and all the shoegaze. There's a lot there I haven't listened to so I can't really give my opinion, but it seems pretty nice.

>What are those anime albums on the right?
If you're actually asking about what the albums are, they're Mirin's Purple Toy Box, DJ Sharpnel's Yonderdome Decade and IOSYS' Whoa! Hyper Denpa-chan. Cutie Tooth's "My Internet Boyfriend Killed Himself" probably qualifies as an anime album as well (to some extent).
If you're asking about what they're doing there/what the deal with them is – they're surprisingly fun to listen to.

Thanks for the recs and the list of those denpa albums! I've been trying to find some more stuff with that sort of hyper, peppy upbeat sound to it.
Any time. A couple other denpa releases I've enjoyed are:
Lovelicot - Twin Crew Star
Mosaic.wav - Akipa-pop recollection
かめりあ - ごーいん!
Dennoko P - Vocaloid Dystopia (a bit on the experimental side, not exactly as upbeat)
