I've been depressed for about 20 years. Went to doctors, took medication, medicine didn't help, made me sleep all the time, I've spent most of my life indoors on the internet. Spent my 20's drinking myself to death, later quit alcohol completely, started eating better and doing physical training. Things got better.

But I still have depression. Those feel good chemicals just are not there.
