your voice in itself is good, but the chorusing effect or whatever you got going on there is a bit much.
The EQ is a bit hollow in the middle, so I would pull back a bit on how much you might be cutting out. A rule of thumb is to EQ sparingly so it doesn't "sound like it's been EQ'd"

I feel like you used the chorusing effect or whatever you put on your voice as a way to not have to do a 2nd take, but trust me, just do a 2nd take of the vocals, it is absolutely worth it.

Nice song, has a real MTV Unplugged atmosphere to it, I dig it.
