Not bad overall, but bro heres a tip for getting your guitars to actually sound heavy:
Turn knobs marked "gain" or "overdrive"
all the way up. Turn other volume
knobs down to get the loudness
you want. Once you've proved
you can get heavy distortion,
dial things back to find the tone
you want. Focus on being LOUD!!
Some amps won't distort at low
volumes, mainly because that's
dumb as all hell LOL. If yours is like
this, either just play loud or give up.
Finish setting up your account

1st step: Save your project as a .txt document
2nd step: Open .txt document in notepad
3rd step: Write in the mixing you want
(example:
"bass +2Hz ,
Hi-hats left speaker only. etc)
4th step: Save .txt document as aud. file
use a conversion program if needbe
5th step: Open .aud file in Audacity .
6th step: Enjoy
You now have a perfect mix!
This is too soft sounding. And the bass is too quiet LOL.

Ok, here's what you really need to know. Bass is integral to music. It's is the true backbone to all music. Drums/Beats are ONLY rhythm, and guitars/synths etc are ONLY melody. But bass? Bass is BOTH. That's why bass makes or breaks a song. So when in doubt BOOST it out!

Polyrhythms are more important than you beginner producers think. You think"duhh Im st00pid so I du kick one 1 and snare on da 3, yay!" But that's pathetic. Man up and experiment with legitimate beats and rhythms. You should learn about Complex Flow. It's an important aspect to enjoyable beats. Once you man up and start trying to create something great instead of something that will go "viral" (which NEVER do, if that's what you aim for... HA!) But whatever, I can rant to you all day and you'll still be making generic beats.

Listening to Compretend. I really like the rhythm @ 2:10 or so, where a abrasive percussion thing comes in, doing like a cool samba thing.
First up, I like the bassline and tone at the start., Snare rhythm is effective and has a nice, simple sound to it. The chords are nice and functional. Only real criticism is it is a bit repetitive.
I really like the funky syncopated rhythm you have going on. The flutes sound cool, are they sampled or did you record them?
Listening to visitantes. Likewise I don't know what to call it. Distinctly reminds me of Patricia Taxxons youtube music. You have a really cool vibe going on. I especially like the degraded tone your synths have.
Listening to 'the price I pay'. Guitar tone is nice, especially the warm mids. Vocals sound good but I reckon practice would really improve your voice. Bit dour sounding, but that is aesthetically appropriate for the tone of the song. Personally I am not too keen on the hi hats.

Seems a little repetitive for a song so would work better as a beat for a rap.
And in that case I guess the drums could hit harder. Trap drums with proper EQ work well with these type of synths and beats.
