good stuff :DD
like the instrumentals
really interesting stuff
gorgeous stuff. the one that made me like your band at first
cool atmosphere and the drums are nice. I would just like it a bit more if you shortened it a bit while still keeping the amount of changes throughout the track
a mesh of different genres that work pretty well with one another

Ayy this is cool. Its not often you find anything with distorted guitar that isn't cringe so this was a nice surprise. I like how unpredictable it is lots of stop and go but its called for, not just out of nowhere. Liked n followed.

Also working on a new colab with a real talented guitar pornist that's coming out real soon.
recs are not feedback. at least say something about that persons music. it isn't always for that persons eyes.
giving feedback, or even just describing a song or project you like can maybe make someone else listen to the track. if you're recing, say why

hey mad respect for the ambition, really enjoyable, intricate guitar work
Nah I'm good I rec these guys in every thread. The only new person I heard I gave feedback to so if you could quit gatekeeping that would be nice.

very nice compositions on this one. the fact that you do it all yourself is impeccable.
this is incredibly serene yet harrowing. love the aesthetic of this.
reminds me of the caretaker in execution. well done!
incredible production on here!
this is super unique. love the execution of various styles on this one! very chaotic.
PS. dunno if you were intentionally going for the pixelated look on the video - disregard if so, but if not, I recommend adding a layer of film grain to it, how much is up to you but film grain can really help sharpen the pixels and give it a less blurry look

Great production on this. Very dreamy and chill vibes.
Good textures on this. Great mix of eerie and soothing ambiance.
I like how this isn't the typical vaporwave sound, this is more atmospheric and dreamy. Really gorgeous sounds here.
Ayyyy good looking out man I'm gonna try that right now.
Man, this piece was just nice, video just fits the music
The music just goes completely fluidly, felt like it was over before I even knew it. Simply put congrats dude
The industrial bits just flow nicely
Goes into the ears nicely

i like the style. like a cool and experimental justin beiber?
Ha i cant unhear it.
Great tones on the guitars. These surreal vibes are perfect for my dreary day in isolation. I'm all about stereo panning also!
This is smooth as hell. Love the tasty tasty guitar. Felt a lot more full when the panned vocals came in. I kinda wish the vocals were a little more up-front in the mix, maybe just a lil more compressed?
Frick yeah. I am all about this. This immediately reminded me of Essaie Pas, which is a very very good thing in my world. I wouldn't be afraid to bring the drums a little more up front in the mix, make that kick really pulse.

I want my acoustic projects to sound... better. I have boosted the bass on the EQ for the guitar track which has made it a lot fuller.
Right now my main issue is my guitar itself, I think. The gap from string to fret is almost 1/4" near the sound hole, which makes it a real chore to try to play without buzz.
Any feedback on vocal tone or songwriting/lyrics is greatly appreciated.
as a fairly big beatles nerd I can get into this. I laughed out loud at 3:13 "there were bells---"
I really hope one day I can find an excuse to play this while I give a powerpoint presentation. I really appreciate the corporatewave aesthetic. Garage Tape was wonderfully burial-esque which made me very happy!
Just to be straight up with you, this isn't my kind of music so I can't comment on the songwriting. The production is cool though, no doubt about that. I think the vocals are a little over-reverbed for my taste, and I could use some more punch on the drums. Which might just kinda happen on its own with less verb. My two cents!
Yo!! Guess who's working on a new album:P

seen you posting around finally decided to check this out and its pretty awesome. heavy, hard, physical, and primal all tracks ive heard so far work really well and flow well with each other while also being different which makes it seem like this will be a consistent release i could listen to all the way through. good shit

this has a great sound and interesting instrumentation and I really appreciate all the sound elements and effects. personally not superr into the vocals.

smooooooth instrumental and vocals sound really good and work very well together.
Thanks a bunch! Doing what I can to keep pushing the boundaries!
Listening to "Bleak," I immediately thought "I want this person to produce some hip hop track so bad!" This stuff crunches hard. Would love some more punchy low end on drums, could be an easy eq thing. Some tracks are kinda more full than others in that way.
Listening to the EP, the arrangement and everything is spot-on. I can't tell if those are real or programmed drums, but they sound good either way! Reminds me of a band from my hometown called 'The Right To Arm Bears.' I'd recommend you look up some videos on mastering your songs for volume. They're mastered a little quiet, which often flags the listener as sounding less professional, even if the mixing itself is good.
You're very obsessed with me.
& Next time make sure to upload a picture with your posts to be more recognizable and interesting.
Trying to be maximal doesn't make up for the fact that you are making badroom pop
Effort is the keyword here
I think you could benefit from more reverb but done tastefully.
& Dogs don't drypost
The noise elements are too safe bro...
Not bad overall, but bro heres a tip for getting your guitars to actually sound heavy:
Turn knobs marked "gain" or "overdrive"
all the way up. Turn other volume
knobs down to get the loudness
you want. Once you've proved
you can get heavy distortion,
dial things back to find the tone
you want. Focus on being LOUD!!
Some amps won't distort at low
volumes, mainly because that's
dumb as all hell LOL. If yours is like
this, either just play loud or give up because your guitar sounds weak as of right now
Me
hating it only makes it grow stronger. rule 19. bro
fuck you. if we bully dubbi he'll leave.
if you really think that, you're more delusional than he is
how?
Great instrumental but your voice is getting drowned in the mix
For a vaporwave track you actually have alot of really good melodic ideas going on in here
Holy fuck is that you singing? This is great! Just mix your vocal a little better to be on top of the beat but other that this is fucking fantastic. BIG REC

thanks for listening! appreciate the feedback :)
i'm not sure what part you listened to because it is long, but the most noise intensive part comes in about 37 minutes in until the end, but there are other parts 20:30-21:15 and 4:08-4:38. I tried to make it a blend of a lot of different styles so I didn't want it to be too noise intensive, ya know? I honestly don't even know what to make of your music but it seems like you put a lot of effort into your content so I have respect for that!
some other stuff I found to be especially tantalizing are ME
fuck off. he's just a retarded zoomer troll
DON'T REPLY TO DUBBI GODDAMMIT
huh? why are you so mad? should i not say thanks?
Relax. Just ignore it, Dubbi is definitely just a bored teenager who doesn't know what to do during the coronavirus.
are you a literal moron?
he's been here for years

This is dope. Kinda reminds of Black Dice. Keep it up, I would listen to this again
Not really my style but it's clearly well done and sounds good. Some of the noises remind me of Olivia Tremor Control.
It sounds nice but I wish it would go somewhere. It's very safe and therefore, to me, not super interesting. But it sounds good, I personally would like to hear you take more "risks" whatever that means
Wait what? I don't believe that. There's no way someone would act like that for years.
isn't dubbi like 30+ years old? lmao
it's not just someone. it's dubbi
look up the archive if you don't buy it
song is decent but the video is lame
This better?
youtu.be
Ok so you're Dubbi just trying to make yourself more mysterious? That's my guess, there's no way someone would make shitty sounding EDM for years on end just to shitpost it on here and cyberbully good musicians.
Going deep into the archives with Dubbi is actually pretty funny desu, his spelling was super retarded early on, I guess he figured out Auto Correct lmao.
no, i'm just used to him and don't really care one way or another. I do like helping him derail these threads tho. like just now
The thread isn't getting derailed or whatever, we're exposing him.

Don't have much here, but I'd love to get some feedback on recording/production quality and maybe on lyrics since I'm an esl
Loved the whole first EP, gonna drive to it at night for sure! Also definitely going to check out the other one later.
This is the shit, way to go!
This was very interesting, not the kind of music I usually listen to but it certainly expanded my knowledge and kinda kindled interest as well.
Feels like I'm drowning in this one, kinda like with the previous one as well. Could use some lyrics maybe?
Very warm sound? Not sure if that's a way to describe music, but that's just the feeling that your music gives me. Not sure if some of these could be songs with lyrics or if they're complete as instrumentals. Very enjoyable.

everyone already knows this and they just ignore him. except for newfags who then respond to him when he gives one of his generic responses to your music which he 99% of the time didn't even listen. he has some for lo-fi, ambient, blah blah. you name it.
what I meant to say is he goes off of your genre tags.
it's my birthday and I'm drunk, sorry
DefinItely very ATDI esque. The singers voice and melodies kinda remind me of anthony green/donovon melero. The riffage around the 2:35 mark kicks ass! Only conplaint would be the mixing but im sure you are already aware of these issues.
