When I listened to that album I was reminded of a book I read when I was a kid called The Ear, The Eye, And The Arm. I thought to myself "If that book got adapted into a movie, this would be the soundtrack."
It's the only album on your chart I've listened to so probably, lol.

I've never been a Classicfag but I suppose now that I've got the free time I might as well give it a shot. Is it good on a purely musical level or do I have to follow the story to enjoy it? I have problems parsing a story when it's entirely musical. Like, I couldn't follow what was happening in Les Miserables at all.
Dilate

Based effortposter, you are a saint user.
I'm not bad enough to need a hospital bed but it's still fucking awful. Alternating between high fever and all over body aches and the whole while I'm struggling not to puke every time I cough.

What a weird band. I don't think I've ever come across punk rock that has such a lighthearted and whimsical tone to the instrumentation. I'm not really into it but I'll keep them in mind when i'm giving recs in the future.
big black is a good choice
not to mention rubber soul being at number 1. that's one of the most pleb things you can do
