Sounds porridge-y, I miss differentiation/distinctness between instruments in the center of this. But melody is clearly audible and bass is there.

If you want it to fit 4/4 you could just resize the notes like 1.mid and 2.mid or change the melody so it makes more sense in a 4/4 signature like 3.mid.
really more going for a rave death era type drone.

Sounds better i.e. more distinguishable and nearer to what I grasped for Hecker. The breakbeat going in and out of sync with the drone (or vice versa?) is a bit annoying or disturbing. Maybe try another beat or none at all?
