Have you ever seen an abscess with yellow pus plus white specks in it? In like a thicker consistency but still runny? I had what I believe was an abscess near my anus like half an inch from the hole and it popped when I wipped and stung really badly and it was all over the toilet paper, I squeezed it further and about an ounce of liquidy pus came out and it was all yellow and spotted with lumps of white in it and i'm a bit concerned if I should make a follow up with my primary, I currently have no medical insurance so it would be quite costly. I haven't had any fevers or anything like that, didn't' even know it was there until it popped.
What concerned me is that it has like white clumps in it that are like pin head sizes and the volume that came out and the fact that I didnt even notice it was there til it popped. No fevers or anything

I'm not overweight at all, I take a shower a day, and that is not what it is, I just looked it up on images and its not that, they were wayyyy smaller and it was embeded in the watery yet thick pus that came out of the boil/abscess or cyst what ever it was

Sebum clusters are not on google. They are an informal name given to cysts that have a sebum build up in them. Sebum is an oily, fatty substance that exists on the skin, but can build up too fast on certain people and cause cysts. Those sebaceous cysts can then fill with pus and in rare cases little chunks of sebum which appear as white, semi solid dots.
But sure don't trust a medfag, keep your head up google and your own ass.
If you are skinny and do shower regularly then your hormones are fucked. You likely need to see an endocrinologist to find out why and address it.
In the meantime up your showering and use harsher soaps to break down the sebum and oils on the skin and prevent blockages. You may also have a common skin infection that causes lots of cysts in skinny people, a low dose course of antibiotics is often prescribed, around 6 months worth, to help treat the condition.

UPDATE I just squeezed it again and its swelled back up, it has more yellowy color shit that came out but no more white dots. Its about 2 inches from my taint, and about an inch from my asshole itself, on my right side. Its filling up fast it seems, it popped at 8 PM, its 10 09 at the moment
