Violence in what context? We in general believe for example that killing a foreign invader (american troops) in lands such as afghanistan is totally permitted as it's defending your land and honor.

As for attacking non combatants in the west, then no I don't think most believe this.

Washing the feet is part of a spiritual cleansing ritual done before prayer. Therefore many who are outside at a mall etc who need to pray before the prayer time expires will find themselves in such a situation sometimes (me included).

As for those who "don't believe" then we dont kill people for merely disbelieving, but we do it if they refuse to accept islam or pay the jizya. And we also kill those who leave the religion once all impediments of the punishment has been lifted ofc.

Anyways The problem of suffering is a classic retarded argument as it never accounts for God's wisdom. And omnibenevolence if we define it as "all loving God" then this is something muslims reject. We don't Believe God loves all of His creation. And as for suffering then it is not inconcievable that an all-knowing, powerful God could somehow not create to punish.
