Any anons here been to prison? Seg more specifically. What's it like?

Drugs, robbery, burglary and Section 18 with Intent. 11 year sentence all together. I spent a whole year in seg on Cat A. I beat a prisoner so badly they added 2 years into my sentence. Prison made me into an animal and now I live a quiet life. One day my violent past will catch up with and it will be a History of Violence alover again. But I'm ready.

Been to county. It's nothing what the other user described. Gen Pop is hot af. Bunks are shit. Like sleeping on a wrestling mat. Most of your time is spent sleeping. My pod was full of people who committed violent crimes and all of the subhuman sexual predators and pedos in hopes that we'd beat the fuck out of them. And on occasion it did happen. One guy did get thrown over the balcony in the pod. Food is absolutely horrible. I'd eat canned dog food before I'd in jail food again. Other than that, you sit around and watch fucking TMC.

Not in the mood for one but i can just give a quick rundown. I was only there for about 2 weeks at that point and showered whenever i got the chance to (you didn't have fixed schedules for showers). One day this older guy (about 60 years old) followed me into the showers when i was the only one there and decided to shower with me (he picked the head that was next to me). He asked me some questions on why i was in prison and such and later asked me what my sexual orientation was (i knew i was fucked at that moment). I told him that i'm straight and not interessted in men (which he didn't believe at the time since i was kinda stocky, had an almost hairless body, had bigger legs+ass and wasn't that manly overall while he was this big guy (6'4, hairy etc.). After some talking he told me that i had 2 options. Either i wash his back and let him use me or he calls for his friends and they all beat the living shit out of me. I was obviously not strong enough to fight them and i didn't want to cause a big ruckus so i just did what he told me. It had to be done since i didn't want anything happening to me.

Any ways to get creatine monohydrate daily in a middle/eastern european jail?

Fuck that. I'll be honest I never used anybody for sex in jail that was for faggots and I hate faggots. But let me tell you this. I would never let anybody use me it's rather fucking die in a fight and kill some other cunt too but it'd never let anybody do that to me. No, not really. I didn't have any option did i? I was scared that i might slip or they might hit me somewhere which leads to almost instant death (like my temple for example). I'm also not a bitch who cries about getting raped, it just happened and that's it.

It's not, the prison where i was though was a bit different. Everything wasn't as strict and people had certain freedoms. The time that guy came to me was when there was no warden on that floor.

I was in a really low security prison because most people who were there were the ones that commited a crime for the first time like me.

The US gets attention not just because of the numbers, but because there's a general blind eye/tolerance to things like that. In a lot of German prisons they're not even supposed to house multiple people in one room.
