What do I do if I’m always dead fucking tired? I do everything. Eat healthy drink water vitamins exercise herbs tea. I’m pretty sure my house has deadly toxic mold in it. I feel super sick whenever the wind is blowing like crazy (every day here)

The only thing to ever make me not feel tired is xanax or alcohol. I look like a dead auschwitz survivor. My eyes are totally black all the way around eyes sting and burn always feel tired. Idk why but alcohol completely cures it like it all goes away. Hair looks healthier feel less dead happier in every way. I think it’s depression or something

I’ve always had this. I get fresh air daily, eat vegetables, eat in the morning, go on nature walks, take herbs, eat a variety of herbs vegetable oils and vegetables and fruit, i sleep 7 hours plus a night, ive been slowly eating more and more healthy food. All I drink is health drinks, tea, and water, no soda, nothing, I avoid all chemicals, i moisturize my face, i take daily supplements for energy (the things they add to energy drinks), plant extracts, drink water all day as soon as i wake up
