Japan has very little military. We only just recently allowed them to have one again after the ww2 treaty ended. China has been ramping up military production for 20 years and since they do not have a very opened country, we do not have accurate numbers on what they have.

Agreed. Too many Americans are too worried they are going to hurt someone or violate their perceived civil rights or some other bullshit to wage a proper war.

But also a country full of obese people with VERY few fit to serve. And China is modern as well. All of the new tech flows through there and they reverse engineer it all, then add it to their own research and development.

And if a right wing government is in place, the left will lay down for an invading china. They would probably also shelter chinese guerrilla fighters and spies.

It wouldn't just be the U.S. They would be fighting NATO, and even if they did somehow manage to pull it off they would be so weakened, Russia, who's right next door, wouldn't miss the chance to get rid of a future threat. That, plus there's no way they could get across the Ocean to land troops here without getting nuked out of the water just to face hundreds of millions of guns from a pissed off civilian population.

Russia and Iran would team with China because if they severely weakened america it would greatly improve their position in the world.

Russia has an economy smaller than many US states. They are simply not in the same league as China and the US. They're not even in the top ten as far as economic output, so they have no ability to support a vast military and supply chain.
