No it's pretty difficult to have any kind of cavity in the body where there isn't supposed to be one IF you don't want to have a ton of scar tissue. Even then, a roundish tube is one of the more difficult shapes. Basically what i think is likeliest is the tube will shrink and probably at some point flatten/collapse so the walls touch each other and then fuse. End up with an indentation and lots of scar tissue and encapsulated tissue behind it.
Based on hypothetising from wound healing, haven't read up on neovagina healing in particular. Very niche procedure
