how the fuck do you manage to smoke 75 cigs a day?

>anyone here managed to quit smoking cigarettes?
yes, was unironically a lot easier than people made it out to be. first few days are a bit rough but after smoking for 12 years, i didn't have withdrawals or anything at all.

>same , was smoking for 6 years with 1-2 packs a day , if you have the mindset youll eventually just stop

Nice meme, but all seriousness, I used to socially smoke. Ended up using 3 cigs a day, quit for a while, started up using pouches. Went to basic training obviously no nicotine, got out and started up dipping again, lead to the occasional smoke. Switched to vaping with an ecig, now years later, I'm still using my ecig and got to a point where I only feel the need to use it at work. I literally don't even think about nicotine outside of work or on my off days. How do I make work more enjoyable without the nicotine?

You would have to smoke 5 cigarettes a hour to achieve that

Yes - I managed to quit cold turkey after smoking for 15 years. It all started the morning after a very strenuous night of hard partying.

I woke up midmorning with a splitting headache and the worst smokers cough I had had in my life... and I had an epiphany:

"this shit is going to end up killing me. Just like my granpa"

So i decided to let go. It was really hard and I motivated myself with saving the money of the cigs and buying myself some bling after one year.

A pack of cigs back then was 6 USD - after a year I had almost 2200 USD. I got myself a nice chain.

Smoked from 16-26, quit a few times for a few months in between but finally kicked the habit in full about 1.5 years ago. I was smoking 10-20 cigarettes a day.

The first few days are the hardest and then the cravings come in waves. I occasionally have a craving and its usually when i'm around smokers as it was very much associated with being social in my mind. I still dream about smoking like once a month.

Considering you smoke so fucking much i'd suggest you try cutting your usage in half every few weeks - Limit yourself and make a cigarette "budget" for your day and don't go over it. One or two an hour dude. Baby steps.

Same for me - 5 weeks now
