Best storebought is depends protection with tabs. but if you are ordering online the abena m4 is my favorite its the one in the pic in the OP

I can fit into goodnites but they just don't hold that much, especially for someone tat drinks a lot of water

not sure if they're still around but there were some goodnites inserts too (for the training pants or whatever) that you might be able to use as boosters? but thats true, they're only about one wetting
