I work at a commercial kitchen and we use Sysco foods.
Regular stuff seems pretty unaffected; produce, main cuts of meat. all the specialty stuff is harder to get, we get gluten free chicken fingers from a specific supplier who closed the factory for the lockdown, but major companies are still making generic chicken fingers.
The cows and chickens are still alive and covid free but the smaller producers have closed production at the moment.
