Technology has been lost ancient times there was much more sophisticated technology than we have now. Then a great Alien war hit the reset button. We had to start over from scratch. Think Revelations but it already happened we are the ones left after the Aliens returned and torched the earth. Evidence is in the soil and radioactive trees that are thousands of years old.

well, obviously what OP says is bullshit, but yes, if i would have to do it thats how i would do it. You would end up with an animal that can be assumed is already bread to be adjusted to the situations we live under on earth.
Not just how we move and react, but culture fits the plant and animal life here, our own resistance against bacteria and virusses is up to the task.

Yeah, but in no wooden structure have we ever found concrete evidence other than poorly drawn pictures and hieroglyphics that could be anything.
