Wrong the countries listened to them and they have pretty much kept things in control, unfortunately Singapore let it slip a bit and now they have foreign workers who are infected and spreading it.
As I said in another post since January the WHO have told people what to do, isolate, governments should take tougher stances to prevent the spread, only essential businesses to be left open and limit public transport.
The ones who are suffering are the ones that didn't bother listening to it, and in the end have to do it because they fucked up.
