The anti-Trump posts are shills. I am pro-Trump and am not a fan of how he has responded to Coronachan, which these people know is an issue to push probably from polling. He did relatively well, following Fauci's advice at every step of the way since January. I'm mostly unhappy he hasn't gone more extreme, which a leftist never would have either. Smart people realize there are more issues than just this virus. I won't list those because we know them but the shills don't.
The people that actually matter look at the response of other countries and realize no Western country has done a great job responding. UK has 2/5ths of the deaths with 1/5th the population of us. New York City nearly has as many deaths as the UK with 1/6th the population. We can see that NYC is a big percentage of the deaths in the U.S., and even there they didn't have their hospitals overwhelmed or run out of ventilators the way Cuomo thought they would.
We also don't have short memories. I was listening to NPR in late February/early March (yes, there are Trump supporters who listen to NPR) and they had a report from Chinatown in San Francisco about how awful it was and how hard hit the businesses there were with this undertone of how people were being closeminded and racist to not go to Chinatown.
These posts don't matter much. I don't want to critique how the shills are wrong or how their arguments could be better because me being right now would just help them be better shills later, but it's clear they are either all by the same person or a group of 2-3 that have similar structure they work from.
Nobody dumb enough to think Joe Biden (and the carnival of freaks he would be letting in with him) should be in charge of anything would have the dedication or discipline to post so consistently with the same talking points unless a paycheck is involved.
