I think it boils down to - the truck driver seems to have had an accident, the porsche driver was a willfully criminal asshole.

Victorian police bodycam recordings aren't generally publically available. They can be called as evidence, and released under ministerial authorisation when "in the public interest".
There is also traditionally extra weight in favour of privacy when footage depicts people being killed, and while trials are still in progress.
We won't see it for a long time, if ever.

Three of the four cops killed were men, and 4 cops killed in a single traffic incident, in Australia, during an extremely low-crime period, is actually really unusual and newsworthy regardless of the sexes of the officers involved.

well it certainly seems that you do indeed have "a few brain cells"

The original video is a snapchat story. I had access to three images from it but all been removed from social media

The porsche driver was pulled over because he was driving 140km/h (86mph) in a 100km/h (63mph) zone, was on multiple drugs, publically urinating, had prior recent offences, was breaking lockdown rules (and I vaguely recall mention he'd been fined a day or two prior for such, but I may have that wrong), and was being a dick during and after the incident.
The cops were there to manage the situation and impound his vehicle, so they were doing their job handling someone who was a total asshat.
The truck driver appears to have drifted into the emergency lane, smashed into everything, then passed out at the scene. Something unfortunate happened there, so until further details come out it seems to have been an unfortunate accident on his side.

So you have three parties involved - a rich, drugged up asshole criminal, cops doing their job, and an overworked/unwell/unlucky truck driver.

Hardly surprising people choose the asshole to be mad at in the situation.

Aussie cops aren't usually that bad. Always exceptions of course, but most I've run into have been pretty decent. Even the public order folks, who are the most ass-holey, don't generally come close to being as bad as what I see coming out of some other countries.
