The answer is, I barely do. Online people don't really bother me, and I've already dealt with harshness from family. Which was painful, but I'm used to it now.

Lose weight, and shave or get laser/electro. Without hormones results will vary from person to person, but you probably aren't going to look feminine with male fat distribution. If you don't want to go on hormones, then you'll need to lose weight so that your fat distribution is less obvious.
