Sure if you are wanting to go by Nominal GDP, but you forget the rest of the world deals in PPP GDP and that puts the US 3rd behind China and Europe. Since you used yuropoor you brought Europe as a whole into the equation.

Also bear in mind GDP is nothing to do with your government at all, its the profits made from domestic businesses and corporations who should be paying 10.5% in tax on the GDP but get away with 1.5% only paying 300bn a year instead of 2.2 trn a year.

As someone else said you don't have free healthcare, your health service in the US is all privatised which means bills need to be paid.

Medicare is given to poor families who need it, the fact you think this is free shows that you are poor and are projecting hard your own poverty onto others.

Also you may want to understand why your country is reliant on European and Asian goods and medicine. Because the US cannot produce what is needed for themselves, so they rely on mostly Europe to provide the medicine needed to sell to hypochondriacs that are led to believe they are always ill and need expensive meds.

This is a map that essentially screams “our rich people are richer than your!”, somehow Americans think that is something to brag about, and when you ask them how come they don’t have healthcare they will cuck themselves by making excuses when the truth is that we don’t have healthcare because our overlords have decided not to give it to us and Americans are too stupid to fight back for the benefits of their taxes and productivity.
