I had this exact same thing. At least it looks exactly like it. Molluscum. It was harmless and mostly noncontagious. Only the inner portion ins contagious. I was adviced by a doctor to use clear packing tape repeatedly on the same spot until enough skin came off to reveals the center portion and then clean with rubbing alcohol. This center portion is the contagious part and will spread if you touch other areas. Its relativly painless as long as hair isn't involved. took about 5-10 times of ripping tape off. I did different areas every few days and it had cleared completely in a week and never returned.
