You have a skin allergy to something, I get those same bumps when in regular contact with cheap metals (so no jewelry for me)
I also get it in the summer when sweat causes dirt/dust to stick to my exposed arms and legs so I try to avoid manual labor under those conditions as well as being in the desert
I suppose the catalyst is mineral in nature

I thought initially that it was an allergy or something, but it seems to be spreading over time, even to my other hand. I also have a bunch of pus; a bunch of bubbles of pus that seem to burst sometimes. I’d show a picture but it’s kinda nasty.

I got something similar all over the back of my hand, but my "bumps" are really small. A bit smaller than gooseflesh bumps. They don't seem to have fluid in them, and they are skin colored. Any clues?

Probably poison oak or poison ivy, if it itches. Put some antihistamine cream on it and it should go away in a few days. Also remember that it will spread to other parts of your body from the oils so I don't think it's a good idea to fap.
